The Cashmind Special High Yield Fund aims to provide appreciation of investment through fixed income and equity with the objective of accumulating wealth. Investors are encouraged to invest in this fund for periods of 5 years or longer. The fund composition includes bank deposits, treasury bills and treasury bonds, commercial paper, equities, property and “offshore” investments with defined maximal asset allocations.
The fund is structured for investment of money for an indefinite time. Investors have the option of receiving a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payout of returns. Alternatively, the investor may decide not to select a periodic payout but to allow all returns to accumulate and benefit from the compounding of returns. There is an early redemption fee of 4%/ 3%/ 2%/ 1%, if the funds are redeemed within 1, 2, 3 and 4 years respectively.
